Transgender actress Alexis Arquette died yesterday at the age of 47. There's no word yet on the cause of death.

Alexis comes from an acting family. David, Roseanna and Patricia are her siblings.

Their somewhat forgotten brother Richmond announced Alexis' death by saying, "He was surrounded by all of his brothers and sisters, one of his nieces and several other loved ones.

"We were playing music for him and he passed during David Bowie's 'Starman'.  As per his wishes, we cheered at the moment that he transitioned to another dimension."

As a guy, Alexis had a role in "Pulp Fiction", as a kid who unloads a pistol on Samuel L. Jackson and John Travolta, but misses every shot and then gets blown away.

She also played the Boy George look-alike in "The Wedding Singer". Her other movie credits included "Last Exit to Brooklyn" and "Buffy the Vampire Slayer".
