Tree Transfer To Shut Down Highway 90 On Tuesday

Motorist who travel America's Energy Corridor, or U.S. Highway 90, through Iberia Parish are reminded that the roadway will be closed for approximately 3 hours on Tuesday. The closing is expected to take place at 9am and last at least until noon as a large oak tree is uprooted and moved to a new area.  Highway 90 will be closed in all directions from the interchange with Highway 14 to the interchange with La 85.
