Tropical depression number 7 has officially formed very near the waters that spawned Ernesto. The track the forecasters are projecting looks very similar to the track that was forecast for Ernesto too.

Will TD Seven become Gordon in the near future? It certainly looks like that will be the case. We will continue to monitor the tropics as the season hits its unofficial peak around the tenth of September.
