Icy conditions continue today with authorities urging everyone to stay off roads until a thaw occurs later today.  By noon today temperatures should be reaching 50 degrees giving ice a chance to melt.

According to the DOTD all Bridges crossing the Vermilion River in the city of Lafayette are open.

According to LA State Police all closures that were in effect last night remain in effect today until temperature rise well above freezing and remain there for some time.

The Atchafalaya Basin Bridge on I-10 remains closed in both directions at this time.

Also closed are the following:

Acadia Parish: I-10 East bound at mile marker 70

Ascension Parish: I-10 West bound at Highway 73

East Baton Rouge Parish: East and West bound lanes I-10 Mississippi River Bridge

Iberia Parish: All Highway 90 overpasses

St. Landry Parish: I-49 from the Lafayette Parish Line to Avoyelles Parish Line

St. Martin Parish: I-10 West and East bound

St. Mary Parish: All overpasses on US 90, Morgan City Bridge

We'll have updates posted as they become available but you can assume if a particular road, highway or bridge was closed last night it may still be closed until temperatures warm.
