I was reading this story on our website about a man and his prize possession. The item in question was a guitar, the man is dying from terminal pancreatic cancer. This gentleman, Lee Feldman of Ephrata Pennsylvania loves his guitar. His dying wish was that this guitar be given to someone who would and could appreciate it. Mr. Feldman decided the perfect person to love and appreciate such a guitar was Brad Paisley.

Brad graciously accepted the gift at a concert this past Saturday. Paisley told Mr. Feldman that his life had been touched by pancreatic cancer as well. The singers grandfather passed away because of that disease many years ago. Even more touching, it was Brad's grandfather that had taught him how to play the guitar.

This incredible story really touched my heart because we live in a world of things that we probably could live without. Still there are those certain things that mean the world to us. What is your most prized possession? Is it a watch that your grandfather carried in his pocket? Maybe it's a rifle or shotgun that has been in your family forever. What about a locket, bracelet, ring or earrings that have been shared by generations? Share with me what your most prized possession is please. I love it when we get the chance to peel back the layers of meaningless stuff and get to talk about the things that we value the most.
