As we all know by now, Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns men's basketball team is playing in the NCAA tournament today against the Creighton Blue Jays.

The Sun Belt Conference tourney champs Cajuns (23-11) are the #14 seed, while Creighton (26-7) is the #3 seed in the West Region. The Blue Jays were the regular season runner-ups in the Big East Conference.

The game is set to tip-off at 2:10pm from the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas. The game before ours between Baylor and Nebraska will start at 11:40am. If that game would happen to go to overtime, then the Cajuns game could be a little later in starting.

The game will be both on the radio locally and on television. Our colleague Jay Walker will have the broadcast on the flagship Ragin' Cajuns station Hot 107.9. Pre-game will start at 1:40pm. Due to NCAA regulations, we can only carry the game over the air.

On television, it will be broadcast on TruTV. If you are watching the game on TV, we invite you to turn down the sound on the television and turn up the game on the radio. (Our engineer has the audio synched up with the TV broadcast.)

The two schools have met four times overall with each team winning twice. The Cajuns are 1-0 in Lafayette, while Creighton is 2-1 in the games played at their home in Omaha, Nebraska.

This trip to the Big Dance marks the first time since 2005 that the Cajuns have gone to the NCAA tournament. All-time in the tournament, the Cajuns are 4-10.
