Winter Storm Causes Flight Cancellations

As you can imagine, due to the impending winter storm, many flights have been and will be cancelled in the southeast portions of the country, including right here in Lafayette.

According to Delta spokeswoman Betsy Talton, some 840 flights with Atlanta connections have been cancelled today beginning at 11am. Delta officials say those traveling through Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, the Carolinas and Texas may make free one-time changes to their tickets.
