Woman Calls Cops When Dealer Doesn’t Deliver Weed

It's people like New Jersey's Marsha Wilcox that keep our What Were They Smoking? segment alive and kickin'! The 50-year-old called the cops to tell them she'd been ripped off -- in a drug deal.

Wilcox called 911 and told the dispatcher that she was robbed. She explained that she had given a drug dealer $20 for some weed, but the guy never showed up with the goods.

The genius would-be drug buyer was arrested when police showed up to the site of the deal gone bad. Wilcox was charged with "wandering for purposes of obtaining a controlled dangerous substance," and was released after being issued a summons.
