Woman Charged with Felony for Kissing Cop on the Nose
On Saturday, 62-year-old Peggy Hill of Bradenton, Florida got into a dispute with her neighbor about a fence between their yards. The "discussion" got so heated that the police had to be summoned.
Sergeant Randy Lamb was one of the officers who arrived on the scene to help resolve the dispute.
As Sergeant Lamb was talking to Peggy, she thought he was being too aggressive toward her. This prompted an interesting response from her -- to kiss him on the nose.
Peggy said that, "the thought just popped into her head" to give him a kiss. She also admitted to drinking three glasses of wine, which could've been a factor.
The police report pointed out that the kiss was against Randy's will so Peggy got arrested and charged with felony battery!
