Woman’s Death In Opelousas Suspected To Be Homicide

66-year-old Marjorie Taylor, found dead last week, was murdered. That's according to the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office, who needs your help trying to figure out who killed her.

Taylor was found Wednesday at a home in the 100 block of Salvador Road in Opelousas after the alarm was activated.

"An autopsy was conducted and results are leading investigators to believe that this was a homicide. If anyone lives near the area of Salvador Road with outdoor video surveillance, you are asked to call Captain Ivory Chevis (337-948-6516) with the St. Landry Parish Criminal Investigation Division."
