I have a soft spot for stories like this. The Conservative Post covered the story of Bill Moore, a World War II veteran who served in Europe. His story after the war is just as amazing.

As many of the stories and movies we see portray, American soldiers usually write home just to keep in touch. How amazing would it be to find a letter today written by a soldier 70 years ago? Well, this is what happened to Bill. He wrote a love letter to the special lady in his life, Bernadean, and the letter showed up in a thrift store in Denver.

His reaction to seeing and reading the letter is priceless. Seeing special moments like this, especially because it has to do with veterans, means a lot to me. I come from a family of military men and women and they make me so proud. I know this moment meant the world to Bill Moore and I hope it touched you as it did for me.
