In the world of sports there are things that are hard to do and things that aren't so hard to do. I am not saying that doing anything in front of thousands of screaming fans is easy. It's just that doing things like two foot putts, extra points and free throws seem effortless for those who are gifted at those endeavors.

The free throw in basketball must be particularly hard, or at least harder than it looks. I know the great Shaquille O'Neal had some of his harshest criticism over shooting from the charity stripe. Maybe making a free throw is hard to do. It sure seemed to be rather difficult for this young college player. Watch and see what you think he does wrong.
