You Can Buy a Town For $1.4 Million

Ever wanted to own your own town? If you said yes, then A) you must have a lot of money and nothing better to do and B) are in luck.

Barbara Walker (no relation), the unofficial mayor and current owner of Pray, Montana, has put the town up for sale. Asking price? $1.4 million!

The town of 197, most of which live outside the town, is about 30 miles north of Yellowstone National Park. Pray sits near Big Sky homesteads owned by celebs like Jeff Bridges and Dennis Quaid.

By the way, the town has a general store, a four-unit trailer park and a post office.
