You Suffer Your Worst Hangovers at Age 29 and They Hurt the Worst at 9:45am

There are surveys done for everything. According a recent one done in England, the age when people suffer their worst hangovers is the prime age of 29.

The theory being that at age 29 you still drink like you did when you were younger. You pound back way too much cheap liquor, mix different types of alcohol and go for the sugary drinks. But your body can’t handle that anymore.

The study also found that the average hangover lasts for nine hours and 45 minutes.

And the peak pain from the ole hangover hits you at 9:45am, right after you wake up.

Good thing I’m past that age and wake up at three in the morning! ;)
