LAGCOE 2015 is now accepting applications to join the company as Young Professionals of LAGCOE.

LAGCOE's Future Energy Professionals Program is managed by the Young Professionals and is supported by the LAGCOE Education Fund, a fund at Community Foundation of Acadiana. These young professionals' mission is to be ambassadors for the education fund by volunteering their time and talents to projects that support education for about about the energy industry.

FEP tours give the invited students access to experiencing the energy industry while touring LAGCOE 2015 with YPL and learning more about the mechanics of the oil and gas industry.

LAGCOE will be inviting 200 students (Juniors and Seniors) from 9 parishes around Acadiana to tour the expo. They will also be awarded two students with a $10,000 scholarship. There will also be 2 tours this year.

  • Acadia
  • Evangeline
  • Iberia
  • Jefferson Davis
  • Lafayette
  • St. Landry
  • St. Martin
  • St. Mary
  • Vermillion

Students who are interested in technical certification programs, 2-year and 4-year degrees are encouraged to apply. The application can be found here.
