As we get ready for kids to be on break, and family and friends all coming over for the holidays, we're all thinking about the food we're going to cook. Zatarain's has just announced a red beans and rice recall due to a possible allergen, so you might have to adjust your menu.

From wwltv.com -

Zatarain's issued a voluntary recall Thursday of its 8 oz boxes of Red Beans and Original Rice for a possible dairy allergen.

Boxes with a "Best By" date of "JUL 31 16Z" that were distributed in the Midwest, Eastern and Southeastern United States may contain Creamy Parmesan Rice Mix that contains dairy ingredients.

The "Red Beans and Rice Original" product does not contain a dairy allergen warning, so people with a dairy allergy may risk illness or allergic reaction if the "Creamy Parmesan Rice" mix is consumed.

Below is more detailed information on exactly what you need to look for.
