Charlie Sheen

Charlie Sheen may be "winning" with all his shenanigans lately but he was losing during the filming of the 1989 flick Major League. In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated the kooky thespian revealed that he took steroids during the making of the hit movie.

If you recall, Sheen played former inmate-turned-baseball-closer Ricky Vaughn of the Cleveland Indians. "Wild Thing" was really the hit of the movie. He threw hard. Charlie was apparently trying to make the action scenes look realistic. Sadly, the 'roids worked. He began throwing 78 mph and at one point during the filming was up to 85 mph.

Unfortunately the Durham Bulls didn't give him a shot in the real world.
