Congressman Clay Higgins Wants ‘100% Freedom’ Restored

Congressman Clay Higgins has not been shy about expressing his thoughts about the statewide stay-at-home order in Louisiana. He says he's happy with the decision to re-open the state on Friday, but he wants things to be open 100%. We asked him why a lawsuit hasn't been filed if constitutional freedoms were being infringed upon. He says, in part, that he 'is not a lawsuit guy".
