The study found that there are two types of music you can work out to that help you lose weight! They are songs with fast tempos and also have lyrics that have motivational phrases like "work it," "stronger," or "I believe."

When upbeat and motivational songs are playing people put more energy forward and exercise for a longer amount of time. AND don't feel as tired!
