The Greg Hebert Lung Cancer Screening Fund (LCSF) was established through the Lafayette General Foundation in 2018 in memory of dedicated and loving husband and father, Greg Hebert. Greg Hebert's wife Anjanette Hebert (retired Lafayette General employee of 28 years), daughter Denaé Hebert (former Lafayette General employee of 6.5 years) and son André Hebert began the fund to honor his memory after his death from lung cancer in May, 2016. To carry on Greg's kind and generous spirit, the Greg Hebert LCSF helps cover the cost of lung cancer screenings for patients who are at high risk and would otherwise be unable to afford the test.

In order to secure funding to provide these life saving screenings, "Party & Pins for a Purpose" will be held on November 9, 2019 from 4:00 to 6:30PM at the Rock N' Bowl in downtown Lafayette.

A fundraising raffle, 50/50 cash raffle, and whiskey pull will also be held during the event. All proceeds from the event will benefit the fund.

A $45 donation* to the fund guarantees entry to the event, including:
access to private suite throughout the event
draft beer, wine, fountain drinks, and food throughout the event
2 hours of bowling (4:00PM-6:00PM) + shoe rental

*$35 for children 12 years or younger
