Enjoy a free concert at Romacelli during this year's Rhythms on the River. Ken Holloway is the opening act for artist David Ball, as David celebrates the 25th anniversary of his song "Thinkin' Problem." Vendors will be selling food and drinks. No ice chests or pets allowed.
