(99.9 KTDY) - Officials with the New Iberia Police Department are asking for the public's help in identifying a man seen on surveillance video who they believe was armed with a gun when he robbed businesses.

According to New Iberia Captain Leland Laseter, detectives say this suspect used a handgun when going into rob businesses.

Laseter explains that this suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.

Officials with the New Iberia Police Department are asking anyone who might have information about this man's identity to speak up.
