UPDATE: The family of Nathan Millard has given an update on his probable cause of death.

An autopsy was performed and according to Millllard's family, there was no sign of internal or external trauma. Thus, that leads police to believe that he may have overdosed.

His body was found wrapped in a rugged and plastic, and authorities believe that he may have overdosed while with someone and that they then placed his body where it was found.

Toxicology results, which have not come in yet, will tell authorities more about the cause of death in the days ahead.
