[UPDATE] Missing Broussard Woman Paulette Thibodeaux’s Body Found

45-year-old Paulette Thibodeaux's body was found shortly after daybreak Tuesday in an area off Heart D Farm Road in Broussard.

Broussard Police Chief Brannon Decou says no foul play is suspected. Police say Thibodeaux committed suicide and was found beneath an old fallen tree in the area that is heavily overgrown with vines, tall grass, and downed trees.

Thibodeaux was last seen on Wednesday of last week and was reported missing by her roommate on Friday.

Broussard Police thanked everyone who helped them in their search and offers their condolensces to the Thibodeaux family.
