South Louisiana is a gem. But boy it’s a hot one. Louisiana is known for sweltering summers and occasional cold fronts in the winter. If only we could have cool weather like we have humidity, right? In Louisiana we all want to have a good time and it’s usually outdoors. Whether it’s fishing, hunting, cooking, or partying, it’s often outdoors. When winter hits Louisiana, we finally have some drops in the temperature that we can get excited about. We may not have skiing and sledding, but we do have things that make us happy to celebrate winter.
