A barbecue festival and cook-off return to Opelousas for the second year.

Before there was Patty in the Parc in Lafayette there was a big white tent at the corner of Ambassador and Johnston Street.

This Saturday evening at Parc International in downtown Lafayette is the 4th Annual Patty in the Parc. Gates open at 5:00pm and then shortly after that the music gets cranked up in a hurry with Grammy Award winner Wayne Toups & Zydecajun.
