Christmas is right around the corner so I have created a list of events that will be taking place around Acadiana.

The St. Lucy Festival of Lights will be held this Saturday, December 12 at Saint Martin de Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville. The event is free for all to attend and will run from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The 23rd annual Carencro Country Christmas will be held on Saturday, December 5 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Carencro Community Center (5115 N. University Avenue).
