Ethan Couch, a 16 year old teenager from Texas killed 4 people in a drunk driving accident, but the judge only gave him 10 years probation due to "Affluenza". What is Affluenza? Apparently it'a a condition that makes you too rich to understand that your actions have consequences. I wish I was making this up, but unfortunately I'm not.

Law enforcement, club owners, bartenders and good friends do their best to not let friends get behind the wheel while intoxicated but it still happens.In this video clip from North Dakota a driver catches video of a clearly intoxicated driver.
