jerrod niemann

There's a room in Jerrod Niemann's house; a red room. Don't jump to conclusions, although it is where the 'Drink to That All Night' singer says he builds confidence. Think red walls, a red ceiling, thick shag carpet -- red.

So, this morning we played a snip-bit of Jerrod Niemann's song "Donkey" which is on his newest album, High Noon.  Let's just say it's one of those songs that you can't figure out whether people will love or hate. Listen for yourself and see!

On the 9th day of Jerrod Niemann's Christmas giveaway, the 'Drink to That All Night' singer gave to you ... one signed drumstick, one Jerrod Niemann T-shirt and a Dehydration Nation membership. That's his fan club, and your opportunity to score all sorts of great freebies and exclusives.

Old buddies Lee Brice and Jerrod Niemann were both in Las Vegas for the ACMs over the weekend, and since Brice's wedding is coming right up, they thought it would be a good time for a big bachelor party. But far from a rip-roaring wild time, they ended up enjoying a fairly tame evening -- at least by the standards of their younger days.

When given, the opportunity, Jerrod Niemann wastes no time doing good for others, which is why the singer-songwriter is taking portion of proceeds raised from his upcoming Chicago concert and giving it to the children at St. Jude.

With one more win, Jerrod Niemann will put his new song 'Only God Could Love You More' into the Showdown Hall of Fame. The ballad has topped singles by Thompson Square, Jason Aldean and Montgomery Gentry in recent days. Today and tonight on Taste of Country Nights radio, Niemann fans will have to out-duel fans of the 2012 CMA New Artist of the Year.

The kids at PS22 in Staten Island, N.Y. are becoming just as famous for their inspiring versions of popular songs as the tune's original artists. This week, the fifth grade choir gave special attention Jerrod Niemann's current country chart-climber, 'Shinin' on Me,' with a little help from the country hitmaker himself.

Be listening for your chance to win Jerrod Niemann's new cd "Free The Music" all day today on Free Tune Tuesday with 97.3 the Dawg!

I'm a story type of guy. I like to know where people come from. The events that shaped the life they lead now.
