A burglar thought he would try and rob professional mixed martial artist Jon Jones. Jones responded with a shotgun.

The superstar fighter has had a number of issues out of the octagon, including multiple arrests and failed drug tests.

No matter their verbal and physical beef in or out of the octagon, Jon Jones showed respect and well wishes toward Daniel Cormier after the death of his father.

The fight has been declared a no-contest by the California State Athletic Commission. And now UFC President Dana White has crowned Cormier as the new champion.
