Country Time Lemonade is offering to pay fines for any kid who gets a ridiculous lemonade stand fine this Summer. Yes, kids are actually getting fined for not having the proper permits.

The neighborhood lemonade stand finally has someone standing up for its proprietors. Kids won't have to pay taxes or get a license to operate a stand in Louisiana.

I had to read this three times and rub my eyes to seriously understand the words I was actually reading. Apparently, little kids in Louisiana have been ticketed lately for not having an occupational license for their lemonade stands.
