Business leaders from across the state are optimistic that Louisiana and the nation are about to put the restrictions of the pandemic behind them.

Most experts believe that later today, Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards will make the announcement that Louisiana will move to Phase Three of the COVID recovery effort.

The Governor makes it sound like we'll be in Phase 2 for a while.

The State Superintendent of Education is working with local school districts to map out a plan that covers all of the "What-Ifs".

The increase in cases could delay the state's ability to enter Phase 3 of the recovery plan next week.
