The first tears fell shortly after 6AM this morning, with the first smile and sounds of laughter coming soon after. The annual Townsquare Media St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Radiothon raised over $270K on Thursday. Highlights included stories about patients like Markell and Susannah, Darius Rucker's song "Possibilities" and a song in memory of a sweet little boy named Chance.

The New Orleans Pelicans visited the precious kids of St. Jude Children's Reserach Hopsital this past weekend. It's so nice and heartwarming to hear of the celebrities and athletes who truly care and make the effort to visit the St. Jude kids.
