In 2008 Louisiana passed a state-wide ban on cockfighting, now St. Landry Parish officials are looking for an exemption to the law to bring cockfighting back.

Officials need help identifying a woman who callously through away dogs in a dumpster.

The employee was taken into custody by the Marshall's Office.
