Bed Bath & Beyond will be closing four more of its Louisiana stores in 2023, bringing the total to six closures by the end of the year.

In round two of nationwide closings, this may be the beginning of the end for Bed Bath & Beyond.

Struggling retailer Bed Bath & Beyond announced Wednesday that it would be closing 150 stores nationwide and laying off 20% of its workforce.

Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. has announced plans to close 200 stores, roughly 21% of their stores over the next 2 years.

The decimation of retail department stores continues as Macy's said on Tuesday that it will be closing 125 stores over the next three years. That's nearly one-fifth of the chain's total locations.

The company has yet to specify which locations will be shuttered as it prepares for financial reorganization.
