Legislation that would raise the minimum age for Louisiana's exotic dancers to 21 has been overturned by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

A bill that would raise Louisiana's exotic dancer age back to 21 is expected to go before the legislature again. This time with more specific language defining the occupation.

Louisiana strip clubs can no longer employ dancers under the age of 21, this under a new law signed by Governor John Bel Edwards.
