A South Louisiana Chick-fil-A restaurant is hosting a summer camp for kids and some on social media are questioning the camp.

LPSS is offering 9 summer camps, focusing on everything from energy to outer space, for first through eight graders at different locations across Lafayette.

Louisiana parents who want their kids to have an educational and traditional summer camp experience might consider Beach Camp as an option.

They hold the camps across the country, concentrating on allowing children of military families to come together to build friendships and memories.

The summer camp will be available for two sessions and for two age groups.
