Things are about to get busy here in south Louisiana. There are a ton of festivals, lots of football, great outdoor activities and a whole slew of great concerts going on in the month of October.

The 78th Annual International Rice Festival in Crowley is scheduled for October 16-19 in downtown Crowley.
