To put it bluntly, this year's college football season has been wild. From TCU making the playoffs and going to the championship. To having Alabama miss out on the playoff and while in a rebuilding year LSU goes 10-4. However, the wildest event to happen in college football occurred at the Cotton Bowl. Tulane pulled off the upset of the century beating USC 46-45.
The University of Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns battled Tulane in the second of a three game series out in New Orleans on Saturday, February 20, 2021. A much more offensive game than Friday's matchup, the Cajuns once again found themselves in extra innings but were able to score enough runs and hold off Tulane by a score of 9-8.
The University of Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns baseball team began their season in New Orleans as they faced off against Tulane on Friday, February 19, 2021 to get the three game series and year goin. Unfortunately for the Cajuns', they lost to the Green Wave in the bottom of the 10th inning thanks to a walk-off two-run single.
A new report from Tulane University suggests that high school football is a relatively safe sport. However, advances in education and equipment need to continue to insure the safety of all participants.
