As Hurricane Laura moves closer to the Louisiana/Texas coast, water is already moving inland.

Cody Gregoire posted a video of property in Grand Isle, Louisiana and you can see that water has already moved in and some roads have already been covered with water.

Hurricane Laura is projected to be a major hurricane once it makes landfall later Wednesday night and into early Thursday morning.

If water is already this high, imagine what the water levels will be once thee storm moves inland. Some meteorologists say that the storm surge will be catastrophic.

Please, if you are under a mandatory evacuation, leave before it is too late.
