Then came the allegations of physical abuse and emotional distress all at the hands of Mel Gibson, however Mel may not be the one having to deal with the law. It seems the former Mrs. Gibson has violated an agreement she signed back in the day and now Mel and his legal team are about to take her to task. That is if the Los Angeles County D.A. has anything to say about it all.
