Mel Gibson Case Getting Stickier

First there was the DUI the terrible comments and the basic ranting and raving. Then came the allegations of physical abuse and emotional distress all at the hands of Mel Gibson, however Mel may not be the one having to deal with the law. It seems the former Mrs. Gibson has violated an agreement she signed back in the day and now Mel and his legal team are about to take her to task. That is if the Los Angeles County D.A. has anything to say about it all.

The Sheriff's Department's investigation is over, but sources say the Mel Gibson case is not heading toward a resolution, or even a decision on charges, soon.The L.A. County D.A. will not make a quick decision on whether to charge Mel and/or Oksana Grigorieva with a crime, at least not this week

It's stories like this that make me glad I am not famous, not rich and was raised by decent people to hopefully grow up and be a decent person.
