5 Things We Miss About the Jerry Lewis Labor Day Telethon

Believe it or not, it's been 11 years since the last Jerry Lewis MDA Labor Day Telethon. The legendary comedian hosted his 45th and final 21-and-a-half hour telethon in 2010. MDA continued the telethon in shorter forms with different hosts and formats through 2014 before officially abandoning the Labor Day tradition.

Considering it's been more than a decade since the last Jerry Lewis Telethon, there's now a generation of Americans that will never know how special--and sometimes kitchy and campy--the Jerry Lewis MDA Labor Day Telethon was. Here's a look at some of the things we miss about the telethon.
