8 Foods Not to Cook Naked

A story from my childhood...When I was 10 years old and baking cookies at my grandmother's house in Ft Worth, Texas, I was in my bathing suit when I pulled the cookie sheet out of the oven. Of course I pulled it back too quickly and ended up burning my stomach. Still have the scar. Not quite naked, but close enough fo me to regret it all these years later!

Connecting with your body, food, and the earth is a beautiful thing, but there are just some things that should not be done naked.
