Alex Trebek Outtakes After Drinking Beer and Wine [NSFW/LANGUAGE]

Canada native game show host Alex Trebek lost his life battle to pancreatic cancer a few days ago at the age of 80. Trebek is probably best known for his role as host of the syndicated game show Jeopardy. He hosted Jeopardy for 36 years. The last shows he recorded will be shown between now and Christmas. He also hosted other game shows including The Wizard of Odds, Double Dare, High Rollers, Concentration and more. On many occasions, Trebek had to record promos that would air promote a show to boost its popularity and ultimately its ratings. One day, while taping a few promos Mr. Trebek had a few drinks and became a slurring potty mouth, but in a funny way.

I have to admit as a broadcaster, at first, I was appalled that someone would post to YouTube these promo outtakes that Mr. Trebek obviously never intended for anyone to view publicly. However, after thinking about it for half a second, I become more and more okay with it.

These video outtakes show the real person, who is Alex Trebek (no pun intended). Not the controlled and staunch host of a number one game show. Here we see a man having beer and wine trying to get through a few promos for the show after becoming a bit tipsy. Alex is having trouble doing the promos. But he's having no problem being real. This is Alex Trebek being real.
