Your eyes are watering, your nose is stuffy, you just don't feel that great, must be springtime with all the pollen in the air! Nope, it's the dead of Winter and if you are like me and suffer allergies this actually is our prime time  to feel at our worst. It really makes sense when you think about it, you're in a closed environment most of the time, you're wearing clothes that you only bring out of the closet for two or three months a year and the humidity in your  home is drier than many deserts. What can you do about Winter allergies?

When the mercury dips and your furnace kicks on, it sends the dust, mold spores, and insect parts that have settled over the summer scurrying into the air. All of that stuff can get into your nose, and if you're allergic, can trigger a reaction.

Well you can't sleep with the windows open, in my case the neighbors would complain. The expense in cleaning all of your families coats, sweaters and jackets would cost more than at trip to the tropics and you don't have time for all of that. We do have some great suggestions for you, so put down the tissue and give a click, by the way don't forget your hand sanitizer.
