Anne Murray is one of my favorite country singers of all time. In fact, the very first song I ever played on the radio about 40 years ago was Anne's You Needed Me. So please don't take what you're about to see the wrong way. I really do like Anne Murray. I also have way too much time on my hands.

Yesterday afternoon I was pondering something funny to send to a friend. She and I have this Anne Murray thing going on. Her dad was a huge Anne Murray fan just as I am. So I snapped this picture of me.

I couldn't quite capture the elegance and beauty of Anne but I dang sure thought about it. Well, not long enough to comb my hair or anything. I then took my picture and the picture of Anne Murray from above and utilized the technology of the smartphone app Face Fusion to create the masterpiece you see below.

I can't decide whether we look like something out of a zombie movie or the lead singer of an 80's punk rock band. Regardless, I am pretty sure that my Mom was right, an idle mind is the Devil's workshop.
