Cajun Hot Sauce Festival April 10 – 12 in New Iberia

Thinks are looking pretty spicy for the 14th annual Cajun Hot Sauce Festival in New Iberia this weekend! Festivities will be held at Sugarena Acadiana Fairgrounds April 10 - 12, and events include a pageant, talent contests, awesome local entertainment, and of course, the Hot Sauce competition , and  a spectacular jambalaya cook off. Gates open at 6:00 pm on Friday, 4:00pm on Saturday, and 9:00 am on Sunday. Check out the entertainment lineup, and bring the family out for some fun this weekend at the Cajun Hot Sauce Festival!
