Cajuns Softball Game Headlines Easter Celebration

The Easter festivities will take place on Saturday, April 4, at Lamson Park in Lafayette. The Ragin’ Cajuns will take on Troy in the final game of a three-game conference series, with first pitch scheduled for 1:00 p.m.

This match up wraps up a busy weekend of Sun Belt play and gives fans another chance to support Cajuns' Softball and have some Easter fun.

Easter Egg Hunt And Family Activities After The Game

After the Cajuns vs. Troy game at Lamson Park, kids will be invited onto the field for a massive Easter egg hunt featuring more than 3,000 candy-filled eggs according to ragincajuns.com.

To make things even more exciting, several “golden eggs” will be hidden among the rest, each containing special prizes.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy a variety of pregame activities hosted by ULFCU. Upon entering the stadium, families can pick up a free clear bag to use during the egg hunt and participate in fun activities for kids of all ages.

Pre-Game Fun Includes Photos And Crafts

The fun doesn’t have to wait until after the game. Before and during the early part of the game, families can enjoy an Easter-themed photo backdrop for holiday pictures and bead-making station where kids can create their own souvenirs.

These activities will be available through the top of the third inning.
