Checklist for a Freeze in South Louisiana

We all thought 2021 was going to be sooooo much better, but it's turning out to be a little bit of a bust even though we're only in month two. By now you've probably seen the winter wonderland outside our doors as we woke up this morning. I, like everyone else, have spent the last couple of days preparing for the worst and hoping for the best. My checklist of critical items to get ready for drastic weather is below, so even if you're just now realizing that it might be too late, you can still be prepared for next time, whenever that may be. Y'all be safe out there, and Happy Mardi Gras.
